"Do you have a copy of Anna Karenina?" (Strike #1: new Oprah pick)

Of course.

"How much is it?"

$4.95 and GST.

"For a used book? That's far too much! Why, Store X has the same book for $4!"

Sounds like Store X just made a sale!

"Oh, I can't buy it there. They're too far away."
